The Program
The Art, Communication and Connection Group is led by Julia Rose, our speech pathologist who will be using her unique combination of artistic and therapeutic skills to lead and empower teenagers and adults to effectively communicate and thrive in their personal and professional lives. We are a neuro-diverse affirming practice and welcoming to all individuals including those with existing artistic talent, and those just interested in art!
Week 1 – Getting to know you, connection
Week 2 – Navigating strengths and weaknesses in communication.
Week 3 – Advocating for your needs.
Week 4 -Conversation and communication.
Week 5 – Creativity and conversation.
Week 6 – Integration into the community.
Week 7, 8, 9 and 10 – Client lead sessions.
