Andreza is a passionate assistive technology specialist and IT support at Rehab Solutions Adelaide. With a solid background in computer science and a love for learning, she continually enhances her AT skills through ARATA education courses and is currently diving deeper into Autism Education and Inclusion with her graduate certificate studies.
Andreza thrives on working with clients, especially those who are autistic. She adopts a strength-based and neuro-diverse affirming approach to sessions, ensuring clients feel heard and acknowledged. She always brings her tech-savvy expertise to the table and her proficiency in both low-tech and high-tech AAC systems ensures that clients receive the most suitable AAC solutions, boosting their communication and independence.
She is also dedicated to supporting clients post-stroke and those with progressive neurological diagnoses such as MND. Andreza is a whiz with Grid3, creating custom grids from scratch to meet each client’s unique communication and computer access needs. She has a special interest in integrating eye gaze technologies with environmental control, gaming, music, and arts, making tech fun and accessible for everyone.
When not at work, you’ll likely find her by the beach, coaching soccer, or geeking out in front of her computer.
